laky 33 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and laky 33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the laky 33 platform, including the website at laky33.pro, all associated mobile interfaces, and every product or service offered therein.

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox during onboarding, making a deposit, or using any part of the laky 33 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a laky 33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. laky 33 does not permit minors to access any part of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal recreational use only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from any gambling platform operated by the Company or its affiliates.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, or director of laky 33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

laky 33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified. Deposits made by ineligible players will be returned, minus any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one laky 33 account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. laky 33 will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laky 33 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. laky 33 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC Verification

laky 33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard financial compliance practices. You may be required to submit a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

laky 33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Debit card payments are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above 100,000 PKR may require additional KYC documentation before being credited to your account balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are typically processed within 2 to 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of withdrawal requests being handled at the time. laky 33 does not impose fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party processing fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a laky 33 deposit without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is a breach of these Terms. laky 33 reserves the right to close any account associated with an unjustified chargeback and to pursue recovery of any funds involved.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

laky 33 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and cashback schemes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer and to the general provisions below.

• Bonuses are credited as restricted funds and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on each offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• laky 33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder to whom they were offered. Transferring or selling bonus credit is prohibited.
• Where laky 33 determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or collusive manner, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other stakes placed on laky 33 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, cockfighting, and jackpot games. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant section of the laky 33 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In all cases, laky 33's decision regarding the settlement of any wager is final, subject only to a formal dispute process which must be initiated by contacting support within 72 hours of the relevant event. The minimum bet amount and maximum payout limits for each product are displayed at the point of wagering.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laky 33 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to extract funds or unfair winnings.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the laky 33 platform or its underlying technology.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the laky 33 platform — including but not limited to the laky 33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of laky 33.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use laky 33 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and terminates automatically upon closure of your account.

9. Privacy & Data

laky 33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at laky33.pro/privacy-policy and forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

laky 33 uses industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls — to protect your personal and financial data. The Company will never sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and fraud-prevention services where required to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laky 33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from interrupted service, system downtime, data loss, or unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to maintain account security.

laky 33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Responsible Gaming

laky 33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Pakistan. The platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after you have been playing continuously for a set period.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up prompts reminding you of the time elapsed and your net win/loss position in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the laky 33 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A self-exclusion or regulatory instruction requires the account to be closed.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Balances arising from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

14. Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version of this document and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to a formal dispute resolution process initiated by contacting laky 33 in writing at [email protected].
